吴裕泰始创于清光绪十三年 (公元1887年），距今有136年的历史，是商务部首批认定的“中华老字号”，也是茶叶行业中的头部企业；茉莉花茶制作技艺被文化部列入国家级非物质文化遗产名录，2022年11月29日，又被联合国教科文组织列入人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录，自采、自窨、自拼的茉莉花茶是吴裕泰的经典产品，不仅是老百姓的当家茶，而且也是名副其实的国事用茶。 Wu Yutai was founded in the 13th year of the Guangxu reign of the Qing Dynasty (1887), with a history spanning 136 years. It is one of the first enterprises to be recognized by the Ministry of Commerce as a "China Time-Honored Brand" and is a leading name in the tea industry. The craftsmanship of jasmine tea production has been listed as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage by the Ministry of Culture, and on November 29, 2022, it was further inscribed by UNESCO as part of the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Wu Yutai’s jasmine tea, which follows the traditional method of self-picking, self-scenting, and self-blending, is its signature product—beloved not only as the people's daily tea but also used in official state affairs, truly earning its name as a national treasure.
