• Hazardous or recalled products
• Gambling-related items/services where unlawful

JuzShop reserves the right to remove such listings immediately without notice or refund.

12. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not engage in conduct including but not limited to:
• Fraud, scams, or misleading activities
• Creating fake accounts or impersonation
• Manipulating transactions or reviews
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other users
• Circumventing platform fees or systems
• Uploading harmful software or scripts
• Unauthorized commercial solicitation
• Attempting to access restricted systems or data
• Any activity that disrupts platform integrity
JuzShop may suspend, terminate, or permanently ban users involved in prohibited conduct without liability.

13. Intellectual Property Policy
JuzShop respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.
13.1 User Content
You retain ownership of content you post but grant JuzShop a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for platform operation, marketing, and service improvement.
13.2 Infringement
Users must not post content or items that infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or proprietary rights.
JuzShop may remove infringing content without notice and suspend repeat offenders.
